About Thomas
Thomas G. Grace, Esq. is a trial attorney at Chute O'Malley Knobloch &
Turcy in Chicago.
Tom has more than 25 years of litigation experience. Tom has represented
clients in litigation matters in state and federal courts in Chicago and
across the country. He has represented clients in trial and pre-trial
matters and argued at the appellate level before the United States Court
of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
For the last 4 years, Tom has dedicated his legal practice to helping clients
find justice in the worst events experienced in their lives. Tom fights
the insurance companies to help those injured put their lives back in
order and recover from the wrongful conduct of others.
Earlier in his career, Tom represented major corporations, insurance companies
and financial institutions as an attorney with large law firms. That experience
gives Tom unique insight into the strategies and tactics of corporate
defendants that he now applies to the benefit of his personal injury clients.
Tom graduated from DePaul University School of Law in 1992 where he served
as the Managing Editor of Lead Articles of the DePaul Business Law Journal.
Tom graduated from Kenyon College with Distinction and is a Chicago native.
Tom is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Nevada and Texas and a member
of the Northern District of Illinois Federal Trial Bar.
Tom is an active member of the Chicago community. He supports the Chicago
Police Department’s CAPs program, and regularly coaches youth basketball
teams and trains young basketball prospects on Chicago’s west side.
